GENERAL AGREEMENT
All sales are conditioned on terms herein and those in attachments. No additional or different terms apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by TBCD.
WARRANTIES
No expressed/implied warranties except ownership without lien. Transferable manufacturer warranties provided.
TAXES
Sales tax applies in MI unless exempt form is received before order. Out-of-state buyers must self-report taxes.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Require 50% non-refundable deposit. PO acceptable if credit-approved. Forfeit deposit if order is not picked up in 30 days.
RETURNS
Must be pre-authorized, in new condition, with original invoice. 20% restocking fee. No returns on electrical/chemicals.
REFUSED ORDERS
Treated like returns. Buyer pays all related charges before receiving further service.
MINIMUM ORDERS
TBCD may set minimums per business practice.
DELIVERY
TBCD not liable for delays outside their control. FOB Grand Rapids unless otherwise stated.
RETURNED CHECKS
$25 fee. Must be repaid in certified funds immediately.
PAYMENT TERMS
2% monthly service charge on overdue accounts. Past due accounts may be subject to COD or collections.
ARBITRATION
All disputes resolved via arbitration in Grand Rapids, MI under AAA rules. Binding decision.
I certify that I have been advised of and agree to the above terms and conditions for the purchase of goods and services from Trash Bin Cleaners Direct, LLC. and that I received a copy of this agreement.

Hopper – 10 years
Pressure Washer – 5-Year pump, 3-Year engine
Generator – 1-Year
Stainless Steel Cleaning Heads – 1-Year
Trailer – 3-Years
All other items – 1-Year
Warranty is against manufacturer’s defects. Excludes normal wear items.
